• Minimum of 10 years technical experience gained in production/process operations in chemical or other related industries, with at least 5 years minimum hands-on experience in Management Systems implementation.
• Experienced in MS auditing, statistics, data analysis, and reporting to Management to make informed judgement, which

• Able to build effective working relationships with others including other Departments and co-worker, works well in Teams, understand others, perspectives, recognize and resolve conflicts.
• Adapts willingly to challenging work-related conditions and developing and applying innovative approaches to work.
• Sets priorities, planning and organizing work and multiple tasks, includes understanding and applying information, analyzing problems, and identifying viable solutions.
• Practical computer competency and other related skills.
• Preferably familiar with Continual Improvement Tools (e.g., KPI, Scorecard, SQC, etc)
• Proven ability to work in multi-discipline/culture teams.
