Millennium Fashions Industries located in Sharjah Airport Freezone is looking for a Garment Production Manager who can organize and oversee the manufacturing of garments. Ensure that apparel production lines are properly balanced for target output. Coordinates with the quality manager so that defective or faulty goods are not produced.

Your job role comprises but not limited to the following key aspects:

• Provides job assignments to supervisors and other subordinates.
• Overseeing production processes.
• Planning a production schedule.
• Making decisions about equipment use and maintenance.
• Implementing improvements to the production process.
• Estimating costs and preparing budgets.
• Ensuring products meet quality standards.
• Supervising and evaluating the performance of production personnel.
• Preparing production reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Garment Production Manager.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation.
• Understanding of safety regulations.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
