As the Chief Information Officer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the organisations technology infrastructure and digital strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the IT department, ensuring that systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our data and information systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement of IT services and products.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master s preferred)
• Experience of leading transformation programmes
• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role within the banking or financial services sector
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity, data management, and regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology solutions
• Experience within the GCC, ideally UAE is preferred
