Hello,We are looking to hire an Accounting and Finance Manager at our Malvern, PA location. You will be responsible for managing the day to day activities of the organization\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s accounting and finance department, overseeing the efficient operation of department systems and programs, ensuring compliance to the organization\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s accounting policies and pocedures, participating in departmental pojects and providing guidance and leadership, and assisting in the direction and administration of the organization\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s financial operations.This is a Hybrid position based in Malvern, PA with a competitive salary and great benefit package. salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

-Manage and develop staff by providing guidance, training, and motivation
-Set performance standards, review performance, and provide regular and ongoing

- Support the monthly close process, including bank and investment reconciliations,
journal entries, grants and contributions accounting, accounts payable, and payroll
- Develop and document business and accounting procedures, policies, workflows and
-Optimize internal work processes to fully utilize capabilities of accounting software and
minimize manual interventions and workarounds
-Assist Controller in preparing and disseminating timely and accurate financial
information to the business, management, and the Board
-Assist Controller in preparing the annual financial statements and footnotes
-Assist Controller in working with all business units to develop the annual operating
budget, including scenario analyses

-Assist Accountant in coordinating state regulatory reporting

The essential functions of this role include:
